I have an older gas wall heater in my home. Sears said they don’t make the part to fix it anymore. Jerry was able to find the part and fix my heater like new. I’ve seen the impossible. I had the gas company come out to look at my heating and air unit. They told me the unit could not be repaired due to burnt wiring in my unit. That’s when I called HVAC Medic and Spoke to Jerry. I explained to him that I am elderly with a fixed income, and asked if he could come out and look at the unit. He came right out. After inspecting the unit, Jerry told me my best coarse of action would be to replace the unit. But given my budget he knew that was not possible. That’s when I witnessed the impossible. Jerry pulled every wire out from the unit and rewired the entire unit. Replacing only the burnt or damaged components along the way. Within a few hours I had heat and air conditioning. The air conditioning never worked before. Jerry was very polite, honest, professional and before he left, he gave me one year free maintenance contract with 5 year warranty on all work performed. I just had my forced air heater go bad in my house and there was no doubt who I would call to fix it. A year or so ago I had Jerry V. from HVAC Medic replace the fan in my older AC unit. Not only was Jerry fast and efficient but reasonable in cost and didn’t try to sell me a whole new unit like two previous AC repairmen contractors tried to do. Jerry fixed was need fixing and saved me. Now he’s done the same thing on my heater. I trust Jerry to give me quality service at an honest and fair price. That’s all I need in an HVAC contractor. Well what can i say how HVAC Medic provide the best service, I had three companies come out prior to give me a estimate on a new ac system. 2 out of 3 charged me just to give me an estimate. So i called hvac medic and he was able to schedule a same day appointment i was like “wow”. That fast service, I got to speak to the owner and I loved how he allowed me to talk and see what i was looking for. He took down all the notes and gave me a rough estimate. The estimate blew my mind away, it blew the competitors prices away. So we scheduled the install for the weekend. They arrived early and ready to work. The installation was completed in short time and the workers were very polite and knowledgeable. They respected our privacy and protected our carpet by laying down plastic and covering my furniture. The work site was cleaned up so well, it was like they werent even there. The HVAC Medic Team provided a WOW PERFORMANCE !!!! I will defiently will be using them again and i will recommend them to everyone.
