I purchased a new AC unit from HVAC Medic less than three years ago and some of my parts may still be under warranty. I have been trying to schedule them to come out an inspect my AC unit for over a month. Needless to say, I’m frustrated and we’re having a heatwave.

I’ve seen the impossible. I had the gas company come out to look at my heating and air unit. They told me the unit could not be repaired due to burnt wiring in my unit. That’s when I called HVAC Medic and Spoke to Jerry. I explained to him that I am elderly with a fixed income, and asked if he could come out and look at the unit. He came right out. After inspecting the unit, Jerry told me my best coarse of action would be to replace the unit. But given my budget he knew that was not possible. That’s when I witnessed the impossible. Jerry pulled every wire out from the unit and rewired the entire unit. Replacing only the burnt or damaged components along the way. Within a few hours I had heat and air conditioning. The air conditioning never worked before. Jerry was very polite, honest, professional and before he left, he gave me one year free maintenance contract with 5 year warranty on all work performed.
